Hydrating Repair Cream – Hydrating, skin regenerating cream

(Homeostasis in relation to the skin: a biological phenomenon that creates the constancy of the skin despite continuous changes, the regulated stability of the internal environment. 2. Skin soothing and protection
One of the special active ingredients of the cream is an aqueous extract of the Chamaecyparis obtusa plant from Jeju Island, the largest island in South Korea, which contains phytoncides and terpenes. Phytoncides are natural antibacterial compounds that can inhibit the growth of microorganisms. Terpenes are also a natural compound, and due to their antiseptic effect, they protect the skin against bacteria and fungi, and have a disinfectant effect. Panthenol, when applied to the skin and absorbed, is converted into provitamin B5. This active ingredient is best known for its skin-soothing effect, but it is also an excellent water-binding - hydrating and anti-inflammatory agent. It is able to create a medium similar to the skin's own lipid protective layer, so in all cases where this protective layer does not function properly due to skin damage, it can act as a substitute.
